The XEOX Team works tirelessly to close possible security gaps. Currently your information is protected through 2 separate encrypted stages. Between the agent and the server an https connection is established. Within this connection, all packets are re-encrypted to avoid further security gaps.

XEOX is the perfect solution for IT departments and MSPs (managed services providers) of all sizes. An intuitive and powerful, yet affordable solution for remote monitoring and management.

With a lightweight agent application on the device, one can use XEOX to enable monitoring and management of endpoints. The agent transmits data from the device to XEOX for analysis and from XEOX to the device for execution.

XEOX is a cloud based remote management and monitoring tool with integrated patch management, CMDB & Inventory (Configuration Management Database) unit for your Microsoft Windows server and client infrastructure, software distribution, network management and much more. It is a central place where you can maintain the IT landscape of all computers and servers, which belong to your company and keep track of the inventory and software.

The Agent can be installed on:

  • Windows 10
  • Microsoft Server: 2008 or higher

XEOX’s cloud-based architecture scales as you grow. There are no additional infrastructure requirements.

We update the app regularly so we can make it better for you. All customers will have access to any new feature.

Pricing

Yes, XEOX offers a free 3 month trial.

The paid version of XEOX is available for $1.00/month and up.

You can either pay month by month for the number of devices you manage or you can choose an annual plan and we’ll give you 2 months of free XEOX use.

At the moment you can only pay by invoice.

XEOX is a Pay-As-You-Go service. There are no long-term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month by month for the number of devices you manage and which modules you activated.

If you choose an annual plan, we’ll give you 2 months of free XEOX use.

You can cancel your annual plan at any time, but we do not offer refunds.

If you are unable to log in to your XEOX account, please follow these steps:

  • Ensure that you are trying to log in to the correct portal
  • Ensure that the email you are using is the correct one, especially if you have created (by mistake) multiple accounts.
  • Try to use a different browser
  • Try to log in in incognito mode
  • Try to clear your browser’s cache
  • Click on “Forgot password?” and wait for the email to reset your password. If you don’t receive the email, check you spam/junk folder

Once you sign-up, you should see a confirmation email from news@xeox.com within a few minutes. Click the link inside the email to confirm your account. 

If the link has expired, please try to login again and you will receive a new email with the verification link.

If you don’t see the confirmation email:

  • Check to make sure that it hasn’t ended up in your spam or junk mail folder 
  • If you’re using Gmail, check your Social and Promotions tabs 

No, the support in case of problems or occurring errors is completely free for all our customers.
