Lost devices are thanks to XEOX a thing of the past. With asset management, all devices are managed in a central database and are assigned to specific persons.
Furthermore, you can add to each asset information like order- and invoice number or date of purchase. This data allows you, for example, to see immediately if a damaged device is still under guarantee or not.
If you add a new device to the inventory you only have to indicate the correct type and a suitable driver. The driver update is simpler than with Imaging: After downloading you only have to copy the driver in the correct folder.
Both the Asset Management as well as other XEOX modules are based on a hierarchical classification of organization, domain or site.
